The main highlight of Novadelta’s Integrated Management System is to be participatory management based on processes, with clearly defined objectives and targets for the satisfaction of stakeholders, for the reduction of environmental impacts, for the control of potential safety and health risks, and for the control of food safety hazards, based on risk-based thinking and opportunities, which allows us to reduce undesirable effects. The Integrated Management System promotes awareness in all layers of the organization, as it promotes interdisciplinary teamwork.

Our focus as a System is to keep in constant communication with the different stakeholders, so that at each moment we can respond to changes in the process, product, market, or consumer, integrating new areas of action whenever applicable.

The Novadelta Integrated Management System applies to the design, development, production, and marketing of coffees and substitutes at Herdade das Argamassas, in Campo Maior.

The Novadelta Production System has been reorganized to fully satisfy stakeholders and respect quality standards, food safety, health and safety at work, social responsibility, and environmental aspects.
